Shipping costs Netherlands
For shipping costs / delivery costs, we apply the following rates for the Netherlands:
- For orders above € 45.00, we do not charge delivery costs
- For orders below € 45.00, we charge € 6.95 for delivery costs
Delivery times
- For the Netherlands & Belgium, we deliver after approval of payments via iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, PayPal, Riverty, and Klarna.
- After payment, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days.
- Our orders are delivered with PostNL or DHL, and we also use our own delivery services.
- If your order has unfortunately not been delivered after 3 days, please send an email to klantenservice@ayhair.nl or send us a WhatsApp message via 06-12453445.
If the product you ordered is not in stock and the delivery time is longer than 1 to 2 working days, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Exceptions
During particularly busy periods such as holidays or special promotional days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, different delivery times may apply for all delivery options. We will do our best to ensure that the delivery time does not exceed 3 days, but we are dependent on the courier services of PostNL and DHL for this.
Right of withdrawal
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or maybe there is another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Do you want to return a product? Download the return form here.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full credit of the order amount (excluding shipping costs). Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via klantenservice@ayhair.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.
Return shipments
For return shipments, we adhere to the following points:
- If you return a product, we ask you to fill out our return form and include a (copy) invoice.
- Do not forget to sufficiently frank the package.
- We also recommend insuring the package, as you are liable for the return shipment.
- Used products and products whose seal (or plastic packaging) has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Some products do not come with a seal or plastic packaging beforehand. If the surface is even (i.e., no fingerprints), it can be returned. If it turns out that a used product has been returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the decrease in value of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.
Want to exchange a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is also an option. You can contact klantenservice@ayhair.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been shipped, we will go to the delivery depot and try to correct this for you.
