This varies per product category. At Ayhair.nl, you essentially have 2 product categories:
1. Consumables (such as shampoo, wax, gel, etc.)
2. Tools (such as hairdressing scissors, straighteners, curling irons, etc.)
All electronics products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. We naturally want you to enjoy the products you purchased from us for as long as possible. If your products do not meet quality expectations due to a manufacturing defect, you can contact us via klantenservice@ayhair.nl. We will contact you within 3 working days. We refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms; these can be found in the warranty booklet included with the product. If the fault lies with the buyer (e.g., improper use), we may charge a fee for repair or replacement.
We would like to inform you that standard investigation costs of €16,95 (ex. VAT) may be charged. However, this only applies if the repair is not covered by the warranty. In cases such as improper use, lack of maintenance, or if the device has experienced a drop/impact, the device will not be repaired under warranty. Additionally, there is no warranty on wear-and-tear parts such as the cutting blade, blade holder, housing, etc.!
